The Settings section allows you to manage your personal information, email notifications, and data retention policies. This guide provides a detailed overview of each tab to help you configure your account to your preferences.
My Profile
The My Profile tab is where you can update your personal and business information. It is crucial to keep this information accurate to ensure smooth communication and compliance with our policies.
Profile Information
- First Name and Last Name: Your personal name.
- Business Name: The name of your organization.
- Country: The country where you reside or your business is located.
- State, City, Building, Street, Zip Code: Your physical address details.
- Email: Your primary contact email address.
- Phone: Your contact phone number.
Accounts with incomplete, incorrect, or false information will be canceled. It is essential to ensure all the details provided are accurate and up-to-date.
To save any changes made to your profile, click the Save Profile button.
Email Preferences
The Email Preferences tab allows you to control the types of notifications you receive from Bouncify. You can customize your settings to stay informed about job completions, low credit warnings, and billing updates.

Notification Settings
- Job Completion Notifications: Check this box to receive an email notification whenever a job is completed.
- Low Credit Notifications: Receive an email when your credit balance falls below a certain threshold.
- Minimum Credit Threshold: Set the credit amount that will trigger the notification.
- Send Notifications To: Specify up to five email addresses (separated by commas) to receive these alerts.
- Billing Notifications: Opt-in to receive billing-related emails, such as invoices and payment confirmations.

Click the Save button to apply your changes.
Data Retention
The Data Retention tab provides information on how long we store your data. Our policies are designed to comply with legal requirements and to protect your privacy.
Retention Policies
- User Account Information: We retain your account information as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe, unless required for legal or regulatory purposes.
- Email Lists and Verification Results: This data is retained for 30 days, after which it is securely deleted. You have complete control to delete your lists at any time.
